I love pure CSS exercises, even when they don't generate the most elegant or practical front-end code. It's a neat thought experiment to design and build an interaction using only structure and presentation. These CSS buttons aren't anything fancy, but it was really fun to think through how to create transitions that show a user the feedback they expect.
